About this place

Guanyinshan Tough Guy Peak Observation Deck & Estuary Panorama, Bali District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Towering proudly at 616 meters on the southern bank of the Tamsui River estuary, Tough Guy Peak (Yinghan Ling) is the apex of the extinct Guanyinshan volcano. A prominent stone archway at the summit proclaims that those who conquer the steep stone stairway are true heroes. The summit deck commands an extraordinary 360-degree panoramic spectacle over the Port of Taipei, the Tamsui River mouth, Bali Left Bank, and the sprawling Taipei Basin framed by the Yangmingshan mountains.
